Season 2 Episode 5 started with Cha Hae-in questioning Sung Jinwoo about why he was near Dungeon Boss’s Gate, to which he answered that he got lost during his break and ended up here. Cha Hae-in ordered him to get away from the gate as the whole mining team could get wiped out if the boss wakes up.
As Sung Jinwoo started to walk away and got past Cha Hae-in, she noticed that he smelled different from other hunters, other way he smelled really good. Normally, she found the scent of hunters unpleasant, but Jinwoo was an exception.
After the mining shift, the team leader offered Jinwoo a job and he declined it. But he accepted an offer to work another shift the next day, as the Hunters Guild had planned back-to-back raids with A-rank and C-rank teams
After meeting with Sung Jinwoo, Cha Hae-in really felt uncomfortable and wanted to know more about him, but all she could know was that all the information related to Sung Jinwoo had been limited.
Before the next raid began, A-rank strike team leader Son Kihoon asked the mining team for a substitute equipment carrier. Jinwoo volunteered, and Kihoon accepted. After they entered the dungeon, they encountered with high orcs which were less in number.
But, when they decided to leave the dungeon, they noticed that the door has been sealed with magic and more high orcs have appeared. To their surprise the leader of high orcs offered a choice: fight or meet their leader, Kargalgan. The episode ended as the team entered the dungeon boss’ lair.
