She fought well against Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya and many other Soul Reapers, showing she is smart and tough.
Unlike many other Espada, Harribel cared about her friends and was loyal. She led three followers who respected her a lot. Nnoitra Gilga, the Fifth Espada, is all about brute strength and has a dark way of thinking. He always wanted to prove he was the strongest. His Hierro (iron skin) was the toughest of all the Espada, and in his Resurreccion form, Santa Teresa, he had six arms and could fight with many scythes very fast and from far away.

6. Cien Granz
Cien (100) / Cero (0) Espada
Cien Granz is an improved clone of Szayelaporro Granz, made stronger by the power of 100 Hollows. Even though he is a Privaron Espada, Cien is more powerful than many original Espada. He appears in the light novel Spirits Are Forever With You and is very strong. He can use powerful attacks like Cero Sincretico and has a scary Resurreccion form.
Cien is very fast and has strong spiritual power. He easily fought against Mayuri Kurotsuchi and other Soul Reapers. Unlike the original Szayelaporro, Cien is more direct and focused on fighting. Coyote Starrk, the First Espada, is very powerful but also very lonely. He was the strongest Espada under Aizen because of his huge spiritual energy. Before splitting into two, himself and Lilynette, his soul was so strong that he felt lonely and wanted a friend. In his Resurreccion form, Starrk can shoot endless Cero blasts from his guns and also summon wolves called Los Lobos, making him one of the strongest Hollows in Bleach.
What makes Starrk special is not just his power, but his calm and tired attitude. He didn’t want to fight much, but when he did, he showed great strength and smart fighting skills. Merged Ichigo, also called Vasto Lorde Ichigo, is the strongest and scariest form a Hollow can reach. This happens when Ichigo loses control and fully changes during his fight with Ulquiorra. This form mixes Hollow and Shinigami powers, making him very fast, able to heal quickly, and incredibly strong. Ulquiorra, who is the 4th Espada, couldn’t beat him at all.
